The objective of this video is to discuss the management excessive bleeding complication during hysteroscopic septoplasty. Our illustrates venous at end septoplasty for partial septate uterus. We highlight use pediatric Foley catheter balloon and diluted vasopressin injection in controlling conclusion Bleeding was controlled by insertion a 10 French filled with 10cc NaCl 0.9% ten minutes addition cervix level. Transvaginal 2D ultrasound confirmed no blood collection around thinning fundal area A final view hysteroscope ensured hemostasis. In conclusion, can be managed combination achieve hemotamponade local cervical canal.
